Inspirational Keynote Speaker
Updated: Oct 19
As I knew this opportunity would come, I am
officially expanding my services as an Inspirational Speaker along with my services as a Wellness Facilitator right here in Delaware.
As the Chapter President of Sleep in Heavenly Peace - DE, Kent County and a seasoned community workshop host through my business Refined, , I know firsthand the heavy weight that comes with caring for others. Whether you are a non-profit worker, a teacher, a healthcare professional, or a leader, it is incredibly easy to fall into The Paradox of Purpose—giving everything to your mission while completely neglecting yourself.
I’m now booking In person, Virtual, Group and Live (zoom) 15-45 minute interactive presentation to a non profit, organization, group, business, etc that aligns with this service:
"The Paradox of Purpose: Leading with Impact Without Burning Out."
"Broken Crayons Still Color: What Will You Do With The Hand You're Dealt? "
"When The Gravity Is Heavy: Stepping Into Your Sacred Space."
In this talk, I pull back the curtain on my own journey through profound personal loss, community action/leadership
and how I use my signature Sensory Stillness methods to hit the "reset button" on a stressed nervous system. No forced conversation, no touch—just a mental reset to reclaim your peace.
Let's support the people who spend their lives supporting everyone else. Send me a DM or email to secure a date for your team!
